When I turned 42 my family relationship suddenly ended…
The lifestyle that I had enjoyed was over.
The people in my life were leaving.
My home, my clinic, my future, my day to day, was all shifting.
It was one of the hardest times of my life because all of it felt out of my control.
I had faced other traumas, but this was different, it took hold of me. It reawakened unresolved pain.
The uncertainty about where I would live, what would happen to my clinic, how I would recreate my lifestyle and take care of my son, a new home, and myself.
How could I pick myself up and move forward when I felt so broken?
With a new clinic, a young child, and a new homeschooling journey just beginning, I learned that the life I knew was about to completely change, and I would be left with a clear canvas!
Every single day, I put into practice what I had spent my entire life studying and offering others…

Hi, I’m Isabelle!
I’ve been working with heart-centered women for the past 30 years. I have supported women from all walks of life, and what I’m most proud of is HOW I have done that!
I have prioritized natural & holistic strategies that have kept women healthy & strong, aligned to their mission and vision, and open to new ways of reaching goals. These women, the powerful Divine Feminine leaders, healers and light-leaders have allowed me to align to my own life’s purpose.
I am deeply passionate about life, nature, and everything wholesome. And as a licensed naturopath, holistic life coach, Spiritual guide& Channel, the foundation of my practice is to support midlife women leaders to get healthy & rise up to claim their sovereignty, to step into wealth, service, impact, and deep joy!
